Freedom!

Hi, last week I finally finished my GCSEs!

Yes, a grueling five weeks of twenty one exams finally over. The exams started with ones of your chosen subjects, for me french, and teetered out with core subjects. Specifically science. Even more specifically, two weeks of science... and nothing else.

So you can imagine my joy when the final exam (physics seven) finally comes. Once sat down the adjudicators went through all the rules and procedures, that i'd heard so many times I feared it would mentally scar me. I then opened my paper and saw the first question... then reread it to see if my eyesight was alright, because the question clearly said:
"What are the advantages and disadvantages of contacting extraterrestrial life?"
What!? Is that even physics!? Anyway I answered the question with: advantages - evolution and a greater understanding of the universe and disadvantages - alien invasion (when I asked my friend afterwards, she said she'd written the same).

Anyway, school was done, I was free! So I walked home, in heatwave temperatures, with a thick navy blazer on. As you can probably imagine, I was boiling by the time I got home, and ready for a nice cold drink and the sofa. I went to get my keys out of my pocket. They weren't there. Oh dear. So I went for the back up plan. My sister, who made me walk all the way to her school to get her keys. When I finally got into the house, my dog needed a walk, so out I went again. When I finally sat down, I believed that it was a well earned rest.

So next weeks update will be postponed till Tuesday due to Monday being the day I return from Glastonbury, and the day of my prom, and so will mostly consist of napping and makeup (my two favorite things :)).

I hope that you'll continue reading next week. Bye!
